we are a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization created to fund the mission and ministries, program and outreach expansion, and maintenance of The Episcopal Church of St. Alban the Martyr (SATM)

We provide support services ranging from COVID testing and vaccination, youth programs, recovery programs, to feeding the hungry. Our mission is to nurture and support youth, families, and senior citizens in St. Albans, Queens–regardless of faith, race or ethnicity, gender or gender identity, sexuality, or abilities or disabilities–to ensure that everyone in the community thrives.

OVER 40,000 people visited us for COVID testing and vaccinations

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we remained a virtual and physical sanctuary as a place of prayer and hope. We offered support, vital COVID-19 webinars, and served as a virtual gathering site for AA, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, and senior citizens.

We opened our doors to healthcare workers to become a COVID-19 testing and vaccination site using temporary clinics and mobile testing vans to aide over 40,000 New Yorkers between September 2020 and July 2021. We are still open as a Rapid Testing Center.

In addition to our partnership with NYC Health and Hospitals, our volunteers helped to distribute fresh food and ready- to-eat meals to Queens residents.

By using a creative and flexible approach we can respond to the changing needs of the community. Future SATM programs include:

After-school programs offering education resources and physical activities to make sure our young people use their minds and bodies

Physical health services including nutrition resources to ensure our community can access and eat healthy food

Mental health services, expanded counseling services, and expanded recovery programs to ensure that those we serve can heal
